Let Colleges Find You Grant Program
The Let Colleges Find You Grant Program is a College & Career Family Engagement initiative designed to help schools, counselors, and community programs engage students and families in meaningful postsecondary planning.
Program Purpose
This initiative is intended to support engagement both in the classroom and at home by helping families review college, university, and trade school opportunities together.
How Funding Works
- Grant funding is made available by state and may vary based on current program support.
- Availability is limited and may change as funds are allocated or exhausted.
- Schools can review state availability on the For Schools page and submit interest for follow-up from the Grant Team.
What the Grant Supports
- College and career family engagement initiatives

- Programs that help families make informed postsecondary decisions together
Application Process
- Select your state on the For Schools page.
- Review whether funds are currently available.
- Choose Contact Us to Apply and submit your school or organization details.
- A member of the Grant Team will contact you with next steps.

- Some states may display No funds currently until new funding opens.
- Additional program details may be requested during the review process.
